What to do when arrive?

1. Once you are ready in your parking spot, please text your name and spot number to 703-522-3412.

2. Have your ID and insurance card or foreign passport out and ready since you will be asked to send a picture of it, (in case you will be using your SSN or Tax ID, you will be asked to write it down in your intake form).

  • Fasting is NOT required for this test.
  • NO doctor’s referrals are required.
  • Wear a mask
  • NO REFUNDS for cancellations or missed appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, that is considered a missed appointment.
  • For our expedited next day PCR test for $75, the cost is an administrative fee, and if you use your insurance information, we (Preston’s Pharmacy) will not be able to bill it to your insurance directly, instead, Principle Lab will be the one billing your insurance for the lab fees. You will only pay the prices shown on our website and any additional bill that you receive, might be an explanation of benefits or copies of bills that the lab had sent to your insurance.

Please arrive at your scheduled time, coming from Langston Blvd, turn onto Edison St, following the signs to turn left into the alleyway (just past the entrance to the pharmacy parking lot) toward the back of the pharmacy, and into your designated spot. These spots will be clearly marked.
