INSTRUCTIONS FOR TOPI-CLICK PERL VAGINAL APPLICATOR
STEP 1: OPENING/ATTACHING THE VAGINAL APPLICATOR TO THE PERL.
Open the PERL shell cap by using your thumb to flip the integrated tab.
Snap the applicator to the receptor part on the top of the PERL shell.
NOTE: BEFORE PROCEEDING THE NEXT STEP, MAKE SURE THE APPLICATOR PLUNGER IS FULLY INSIDE THE APPLICATOR BARREL.
STEP 2: LOADING THE VAGINAL APPLICATOR
To transfer the medication from the PERL to the vaginal applicator, turn ('click') the base of the PERL the number of clicks noted on your prescription label. Each click transfers 0.25mL of cream from the PERL to the vaginal applicator.
NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE PERL IN A VERTICAL POSITION WHEN LOADING THE APPLICATOR. WAIT 15-30 SECONDS FOR FULL DOSE TO LOAD INTO THE VAGINAL APPLICATOR.
STEP 3: REMOVING THE VAGINAL APPLICATOR
Slowly bend the applicator until the applicator releases from the port on the PERL shell.
NOTE: A SMALL DOLLOP OF CREAM MAY REMAIN ON THE TOP OF THE PERL PART. THIS IS PART OF YOUR DOSE.
STEP: INSERT MEDICATION USING THE VAGINAL APPLICATOR
Insert the applicator deep into the vagina, and slowly depress the plunger until all medication is inserted. Hand wash the applicator between doses with warm, soapy water. Not dishwasher safe.
