Close the nostril that is not receiving the medication by gently pressing on the side of the nose.
Gently insert the bottle tip into the other nostril.
Breathe in deeply through that nostril as you squeeze the bottle. Remove the bottle and sniff once or twice.
Repeat steps for the other nostril if directed. Wait at least 10 seconds before sprays.
